How to Pay
Here at Retro Bazaar we offer multiple payment types.
Credit Cards - Our credit card transactions are handled by WorldPay and are conducted using the WorldPay servers. For your security we never see your credit card information and these details will never be kept by us.
Paypal - If you have a PayPal account then we are able to accept payments via this method. Please note, if you pay via a PayPal eCheque then we must wait until the eCheque has cleared before we dispatch your goods, this usually takes around 10 working days.
Cheques - If you would like to pay by cheque, please make your cheque payable to Retro Bazaar Ltd and ensure you write your order number on the reverse. We must wait until your Cheque has cleared before we dispatch your goods, this usually takes around 5 working days.
Cash - Cash payments can only be accepted if you are collecting your item from us in Milton Keynes or we are bringing your item to a show for you to collect.
Postage & Packing
At Retro Bazaar, we don't believe in making a profit on the postage and packaging costs, we try to charge our customers a fair amount which obviously depends on type of item. As part of our commitment to reducing the environmental impact of our business we reuse packaging materials whenever we can.
We can post your Retro almost anywhere on the planet! Just go through the ordering process and the postage costs will be calculated automatically for you.
If for some reason your country does not appear on our lists, please let us know as soon as possible and we'll arrange postage for you.
For large items of furniture we can arrange a courier for you, alternatively you can use your own courier or come and collect. Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to get a quote for a courier.
Returns and Refunds
In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your new purchase, please get in touch as soon as you can! We hate having unhappy customers, and will try our best to resolve whatever problems you may have.
Please remember that we quite often only have one of a specific item, so in a lot of cases, we won't be able to send you an exact replacement!
Please be aware that the majority of our items are pre used, and as such, will have signs of wear in their previous life, we make sure we mention any defects when we display the item on the website, but we can't show every small wear mark, so please be sure you are happy with the item before purchase!
Under the Distance Selling Regulations EU customers have seven working days (beginning the day after receipt of the goods) to cancel their purchase. Order cancellations must be made via email quoting the order number.
Please return your goods in the packaging in which it was sent. We will provide a full refund on receipt of the goods, on the proviso they are in the same condition as was sent.
Payment will be refunded in the same method as it was initially made, there can be no exceptions to this rule.
If an item is no longer required but does not have any fault or issue, the purchaser will be liable for the cost of postage.
When we post your item, we will include postage insurance when we feel it's applicable. If this needs to be claimed on, there may be a delay if refunding your payment until the courier company has investigated.
