How can I buy from Retro Bazaar? Do you have a shop?

Currently we sell at shows around the country, online via our website and on eBay. All shows we are attending are listed on the ‘Events‘ page on the website.

Sorry we don’t have a physical shop, we only have a workshop at the address shown. You can arrange an appointment to come to the workshop to view stock and collect orders which you have bought.

 

Do you ship worldwide?

We ship to most but not all countries. We ship to most countries in Europe, North America, Japan, Australia & New Zealand. Feel free to ask if we ship to your country.

 

Can I find how much it is to post the item I wish to buy?

Postage is calculated by destination and weight, so varies according to the item. This gives you the most accurate postage cost for the item. If you wish to have an estimate of postage costs prior to ordering please email postage@retro-bazaar.co.uk

 

How do you ship your items?

Most smaller items are shipped via the Royal Mail postal services. For larger items we use couriers; alternatively a buyer can arrange their own courier. For large purchases local to Milton Keynes we can deliver for a small charge.

 

Can I get additional photos of an item?

We are happy to send additional photos of an item. Just request them via the enquiries option on the website. However, if we are away at a show it may take a few days to get the photos taken.

 

Would you accept an offer on an item, if it is less that the current sale price?

We are happy to consider all ‘reasonable’ offers for any item you wish to buy. Please email offers@retro-bazaar.co.uk

 

Can you send me an item before you receive payment for it?

No, we require payment in advance.

 

I have seen one of your pieces at a show but it is not on the website. Is it still available?

Not all of our stock is listed on the website. If you have seen an item at a show and now which to purchase it call us (01908 310020) or drop us an email and we will add the item to our shop if still available.

 

If I am looking for an item that is not in your shop can you get it for me?

We maintain a wish list for customers and we are happy to try and locate an item that a customer is looking for.

 

How often do you add new items to the shop?

We try to add items every week, however it depends on the number of shows we are attending.

 

Can you tell me how much the recently sold items sold for?

No, sorry.

 

Can you tell me how much my item(s) are worth?

No, sorry, we are not valuers and we do not do free valuations. It is very difficult to value items without having them in hand and it requires a great deal of time. If you are looking for a valuation, you should contact an expert at an auction house in your area.
